Sanskar Shiksha for India's forest villages

Ekal Shrihari works for the upliftment of culturally, socially and economically disadvantaged citizens of remote, mountainous, tribal and hilly regions through moral education based on the five-fold education system of the Ekal campaign — through Sanskar Kendras, Katha, Satsang and the Shri Hari Rath.
A social organisation of the Ekal Abhiyan, devoted to the forest brethren
Ekal Shrihari's chief objective is to work towards the upliftment of culturally, socially and economically disadvantaged citizens residing in remote, mountainous, tribal and hilly regions through imparting moral education based on the quintessential values of the five-fold education system of the Ekal campaign.
In 1996 the Ekal Shrihari Satsang Samiti was founded in Kolkata, followed by Mumbai in 1998. The organisation strives to bring about positive societal change and holistic development in the areas of culture, society, economy and education of the forest dwellers — van-bandhu, our brothers and sisters of the forest.
